Eniro Norway is a leading information and search company in the Norwegian media market. The product portfolio includes leading brands such as Gule Sider®, Telefonkatalogen™, Kvasir®, Din Bydel™, INFORM and SOL®.

Eniro subsidiaries include Findexa Forlag AS and Scandinavia Online AS (part-owned). Eniro’s headquarter is situated in Oslo, with regional offices in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Gjøvik and Tønsberg.

Customer status

Outsourcing of Eniro Norway’s (former Findexa) IT operations includes applications operations, database administration, OS administration, on call helpdesk and support 24/7. Applications management is related to core systems such as DSMP for catalogue production and all internet services including GuleSider, Telefonkatalogen, BizKit and Ditt Distrikt. GuleSider is Norway’s most visited internet portal.

NSA role and contribution

NSA operates Eniro Norway’s systems and products with around 1,200 users. Operations include services such as Windows infrastructure, office support, networks, client administration and helpdesk.

NSA also provides systems development and general maintenance. Partial technical responsibility for implementation of the new joint catalogue system DSMP with modules including sales, customer relations, orders, invoicing and maintenance. Development of conversion and data cleaning procedures for transition from old systems to a new Oracle based solution.
